During our recent Easter stay, we were pleased with the convenient location of our hotel, as we were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. there were two key amenities that we appreciated: the swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and the fitness center had a variety of equipment for a good workout.
We experienced some difficulties with the lighting in our room during our stay. Despite the technical support team attempting to resolve the issue, it was never successfully resolved, which was frustrating.

The hotel had amazing breakfast options that catered to all my dietary needs. the staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting nearby restaurants and attractions to check out. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shopping centers. the gym and pool were well maintained and added to the enjoyable stay.
The room I stayed in was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around freely. the noise levels from the nearby street could be heard even with the windows closed, affecting the quality of my sleep.

The hotel's location was definitely a plus with many attractions nearby. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Our room was decent and cozy, with a clean bathroom, but the lighting was an issue, and despite reporting it to staff, we received no alternative accommodation. Service was okay, but there were language barriers. the hotel lacked any facilities to enjoy.
